What is hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis to help you try to change habits, lesson symptoms, or treat a variety of conditions.
It is a mind-body approach by a trained hypnotherapist where they guide you into a deep relaxation and focused concentration. This state can occur naturally such as day dreaming. In this state you become open to suggestions – these suggestions can help you make changes to your health, break a habit, overcome a phobia or reduce symptoms as a result of other health conditions.
As well as helping with a wide range of problems it can also support you achieving goals and making positive changes that can have a massive positive impact on your life. Hypnotherapy can help in a number of areas including but not limited to anxiety, stress, confidence building, taking an exam, driving test, trauma, pregnancy and birth, giving up smoking, weight management, sports performance, imposter syndrome, fears and phobias, addictions and past life regression.

Explore ways to gain a greater insight into any difficulties you may be facing today. Working together to help understand why you might respond act or react to certain situations in the way do. This enables you to see more clearly ways to start making your life better, to make healthier choices, to feel better about yourself. Like letting go of old perhaps addictive habits improve your quality of sleep, change your relationship with food.
Maintaining a healthier lifestyle can be one of the hardest things you can do. The stress and worries in life can easily knock us off course and before you know it bad habits have taken over. Shifting the way you think can make all the difference in how you feel.
Supporting perimenopause, menopause and beyond
Studies show that some women can experience menopausal symptoms for up to 14 years Why suffer all that time when you can do something about it ? Or why wait until any symptoms get in the way of enjoying life? I have a holistic approach to working with woman finding ways to reduce some of the issues. If you are feeling anxious or uncertain about life? Struggling to sleep to feel happy, confident, or desirable or not in the ‘mood’. If your avoiding social situations, perhaps even preferring to hide away? You may already be peri - menopausal without realising that its your hormones putting you out of whack!
It is possible to make your menopause journey a more positive, calmer experience? Some of you may have children moving away or looking after elderly parents. You can reduce stress levels, learn strategies to help reduce hot flushes, ways to improve sleep, methods to take control of your weight and find the new in you and take back control.

Price per session
First session includes an initial consultation 1.5 hours £85
Following sessions 1 hour £70
There is no set amount of time for sessions needed sometimes one is enough to make that change. However on average you would need between 3 – 6 sessions.
Healthy weight management programme. 5 week package £340 (can be paid in full or £100 non-refundable deposit followed by 4 x £60 weekly.
