Welcome to Rich Essentials, my name is Jeanette Richer D.Hyp.CH and I am fully qualified in holistic therapies with over 20 years experience. This includes, reflexology, massage, Hypnotherapy and coaching.
My aim is to make a difference and to create a space that helps people on their healing journey either through a relaxing treatment or making a change to peoples mindset through hypnotherapy or coaching.
I have a lovely quiet therapy room based in Rayleigh, Essex where I see clients on a 1-2-1 for all my treatments. I also offer online sessions for hypnotherapy and coaching for those that don’t live in the area.

Reflexology
This treatment is a non-invasive complementary treatment that can help promote deep relaxation, improve wellbeing and help reduce stress. When you have a treatment, a full medical history will take place on your first appointment. During the treatment the therapist will ask you to remove your footwear and place pressure on your feet. The treatment is completed with a foot and leg massage.

Relaxing Massage
Massage works to loosen up tight muscles and generally focus on restoring and maintaining full function. This massage is great for aiding relaxation, increasing oxygen in the blood, eliminating toxins, improving circulation and flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage
This type of massage focuses on certain problem areas, realigning deeper layer of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronic aches and pains, stiff neck and upper back and shoulders, low back pain and tight leg muscles.

Indian Head Massage
A lovely treatment combining shoulder, neck, face and head massage. It is deeply calming and relaxing. It is good for those suffering from stress, tension, fatigue, insomnia and headaches related to stress. Price for treatment (with or without oils).

Mian Dui Facial
An uplifting facial massage, facial reflexology, facial acupressure points, scalp massage, lymphatic drainage and a glorious crystal finishing ritual.

Reiki
A natural healing treatment, which originated from Japan. This can be carried out with or without contact from the hands. It help those suffering from stress, can relieve tension, improve sleep and promote wellbeing.
